Acceptance of these terms

By using dispensaries.co or signing up for Dispensaries, you agree to these terms of service. If you are acting on behalf of a business, such as a dispensary, you agree on its behalf and confirm you are authorized to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be 21 or over

Dispensaries is for adults 21 and over only. By using the service you represent that you are at least 21 years old, or the legal age for cannabis where you live if it is higher, and that it is lawful for you to view this information in your location. We may age-gate the site, and we may suspend access if we believe a user is underage.

What Dispensaries is

Dispensaries is an information service and directory. We help you find state-licensed cannabis dispensaries near you, browse menus, compare deals, and get a plain-language starting point from the AI budtender. We are a directory and an advertising platform for licensed dispensary owners.

Dispensaries is not a seller. We do not sell, ship or process cannabis or any cannabis orders, and we do not handle payments for products. Any purchase, pickup or delivery is a transaction between you and the licensed dispensary, offered where local law allows. We are not a party to that transaction.

Not legal or medical advice

The information on Dispensaries, including listings, menus, deals and AI budtender suggestions, is for general information only. It is not legal advice and not medical advice. Cannabis laws vary by state and locality and change over time, so you are responsible for checking and following your local laws. The AI budtender offers a preference-based starting point and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. For any health question, consult a qualified medical professional.

Menus, deals and listing accuracy

Menus, deals and listing details are provided by the dispensaries and can change at any time. They may not reflect live stock, current pricing or current hours. We provide this information as a convenience and do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current. Confirm details directly with the shop before you visit or rely on them.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the service in line with all laws that apply to you, including cannabis, age and local laws. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only if you are 21 or over, and not to rely on the site as legal or medical advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make and for any transaction you enter into with a dispensary.

Acceptable use

Dispensaries is intended for lawful, personal use by adults finding licensed shops, and for legitimate listing and advertising by licensed dispensary owners. You agree not to use the service to:

• Access the service if you are under 21 or where it is unlawful for you to do so.
• Arrange or facilitate any unlawful sale, purchase, shipment or transport of cannabis.
• Post a listing for a shop that is not properly licensed, or submit false license, menu or deal information.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service or circumvent its limits.
• Resell or redistribute the service except under a written agreement with us.

Dispensary owners are responsible for keeping their license status, menu and deal information accurate and for complying with all advertising and cannabis laws that apply to them.

Your content and data

As between you and us, you keep your rights to the content you submit, such as messages, preferences or, for dispensary owners, listing content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate and display the service, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep any credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or access has been used without your permission.

Plans, billing and refunds

Searching is free for shoppers. Dispensaries+ is an optional shopper membership, and listings and advertising for dispensary owners are paid plans, including Listed, Featured and Market Leader. All prices and charges are in US dollars. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change our plans and prices, and we will give notice of changes that affect an active subscription.

Service availability

We work to keep Dispensaries available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or temporarily suspend features to maintain and improve the service.

Intellectual property

Dispensaries, including its software, interface, content and brand, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms. The names of other companies, dispensaries and products referenced on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that listings, menus, deals or AI budtender suggestions are accurate, complete or current, and we are not responsible for your dealings with any dispensary. You are responsible for verifying information and for following your local laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispensaries and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, your reliance on any listing or deal, or any transaction with a dispensary. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and cancel your membership or listing. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
