We are a directory, not a seller, and we never sell or ship cannabis or process orders. We collect the account details you give us, your searches and saved preferences, messages you send us, and basic analytics and log data, so we can run the product and improve it. We never sell your personal information.

This service is for adults 21 and over. By using it you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Dispensaries provides information about licensed dispensaries, menus and deals. It is not legal advice and not medical advice. Cannabis laws vary by state and locality, so check your local laws, and consult a qualified professional for any health question. The AI budtender offers a plain-language, preference-based starting point only, and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what we collect when you visit dispensaries.co, search for dispensaries, browse menus and deals, create an account or membership, save favorites, use the AI budtender, or contact us. It covers the Dispensaries website and product, which is a directory of licensed shops and an advertising platform for dispensary owners. We do not sell cannabis, ship cannabis or process cannabis orders.

Information we collect

• Account and membership information. The email address you provide when you sign up, and any optional details you choose to share, such as your name and your general location for nearby results. We use a short verification code to confirm your email.
• Search and preference data. The areas you search, the shops and deals you view, the favorites you save and the preferences you tell the AI budtender, so the service can show relevant results and you can return to your saved shops.
• Dispensary owner information. For shops that claim a listing, the business details, license information, menu and deal content, and billing details needed to run a paid listing.
• Messages you send us. If you use the contact form, we keep your name, email and message so we can respond.
• Analytics data. Aggregate usage information about how the site is used, so we can understand which features are helpful and improve the experience.
• Technical and log data. Standard information such as IP address, browser type, and the page or campaign you arrived from, used for security, fraud prevention and understanding traffic sources.

How we use your information

• To run the service, including showing licensed dispensaries near you, menus and deals, and a plain-language AI budtender starting point.
• To set up your account or membership, verify your email address, save favorites and deal alerts, and respond to your questions.
• To operate paid listings and advertising for licensed dispensary owners and to handle their billing.
• To send you relevant product updates and, if you opt in, deal alerts, which you can turn off at any time.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the product is used so we can improve it, and to protect the service from abuse, fraud and security threats.

Menus, deals and listings

Menus, deals and listing content are provided by the dispensaries themselves and can change at any time. They are meant to help you decide before you go and may not reflect live stock. We are a directory, not a seller. Any pickup or delivery is the dispensary's own service, offered where local law allows. Confirm details with the shop before you visit.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the product, such as our hosting, AI processing, payment and email delivery providers, and only to the extent they need it to perform their function. How we think about security
